Our residential 3D landscape design service helps homeowners visualize patios, pools, driveways, and retaining walls before construction begins. With over 16 years of real installation experience, we design outdoor spaces that are practical, buildable, and aligned with long-term performance
Our 3D plans are developed with hands-on experience installing Driveways, Patios and Walkways, Pools, and Retaining Walls in Simcoe County. We design with proper elevation transitions, drainage flow, and base preparation depth in mind so every concept is structurally executable.

This video introduces the MC Installation Design Center, a virtual collection of landscape design concepts developed from over 16 years of hardscape construction projects across Simcoe County.

Every project begins with a structured consultation to understand layout goals, site constraints, and long-term plans. We evaluate grade transitions, usable space, and integration between outdoor features. From there, we develop a scaled 3D model that reflects realistic construction methods and material selections. Revisions refine alignment, proportions, and flow before moving toward final planning and budgeting.

Why This Service Works
A 3D rendering helps you visualize the layout, flow, and key elements of your space before anything is built — saving time and reducing changes later during construction.
Every rendering is developed by a team that understands layout, grading, and install realities — so what you see isn’t just a concept, They are buildable, efficient construction plans.

Plan A: One basic layout concept with one revision.
Plan B: Two initial concept options for comparison.
Plan C: Full site measurement and scaled lot plan for advanced planning.

Both options include:

The goal of this service is to provide a surveyed 2D base sketch of your property for further planning. You receive an accurate, to-scale drawing that you can keep and develop on your own, or use as a foundation to relay clear layout ideas back to our team. When revisions are marked directly on a scaled drawing, information is conveyed more precisely, reducing back-and-forth communication and saving significant time during the design process.
Plan C is designed for standard residential properties (generally under one acre). Larger parcels or properties requiring extended measurement time are subject to site evaluation and adjusted scope
Our design team transitions directly into installation planning for patios and walkways, retaining walls, and pool decks across Simcoe County. Because we build what we design, we understand how elevation sequencing, drainage coordination, and base preparation impact real-world constructability. This continuity between planning and hardscape construction reduces miscommunication, protects structural performance, and preserves design intent from concept through final installation.

Our Design Center brings together 16 years of completed driveway, patio, and structural hardscape installations across Simcoe County into one digitally rendered showcase. This centralized 3D collection represents real projects translated into a cohesive architectural environment. Enter the Design Center.

Effective 3D design considers soil stability, drainage flow, elevation change, and structural base depth before construction begins. Homeowners who understand these factors make stronger decisions about layout and material selection.
